The Hotel Villa Real offers a fascinating Art and Archaeology Collection which brings together a selection of perfectly restored mosaics of Syrian origin from the Roman era, dating back to the 2nd to 6th Century a. C. A collection of over 100 antique pieces which can be seen in the hotel’s halls, corridors, communal areas and bedrooms. 

It also boasts various Roman sculptures from the 1st and 2nd Century a. C., as well as a small number of Christian mosaics, a collection of Apulian glasses belonging to one of the most important private collections in Spain, and contemporary paintings from artists such as Joan Guinovart, Antoni Tàpies and Andy Warhol, who inspired the decor of the East 47 Restaurant.
