Chef Ramón Freixa, head chef in his restaurant, has designed an exclusive tapa which you can enjoy during Madrid Hotel Week, accompanied by one of the signature creations of bartender Manel Vehí.
Manuel Vehí is known as one of the best cocktail makers in the world. After having won the Mediterranean Inspirations World Championship organised by Gin Mare, he then became the ambassador of this prestigious gin company, whilst continuing to play a key part in such iconic places the Boia Nit in Cadaqués.
Now you can enjoy his creations in the bright gallery of ‘La Pérgola” and on The Principal’s terrace; the perfect scenery for a sophisticated al fresco drink right in the centre of the capital, with one of the most striking panoramic views in the city.
